A deep love of the ocean, yoga, and the simple joy of sharing those passions with my wonderful mum is how our Yoga & Sailing Retreat – Whitsundays were born.
Together, we’ve found healing, growth, and strength through yoga – and it’s shaped who we are today. These retreats are our way of sharing those tools (and a whole lot of joy) with you.
